The Tellico Village HOA held its 2020 inaugural General Meeting on January 23rd at the Community Church of Tellico Village. The topics included HOA 2019 accomplishments and 2020 goals and objectives; the POA State of the Village; and Long Range Strategic Plan Highlights.
Speakers included:
- HOA Update: Ken Litke, HOA President and Linda Klein, HOA Treasurer
- POA State of the Village: Rick Blough, POA Board President; Winston Blazer, POA CEO; Parker Owen, POA CFO
- Long Range Strategic Plan Highlights: Wayne Enderle, LRPAC Chairman 2020
Q&A sessions were held for homeowners to ask questions of all the presenters during the formal session.
Afterwards, a ‘Meet & Greet’ session was held in the Narthex (lobby) with punch and cookies, where participants could meet one-on-one with the presenters for additional conversations.
Attendance is estimated at 250 – 300 participants
