PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION (POA)
“Help Spot”

by Teresa Reed, HOA VP of Advocacy

Help!
• My streetlight is burnt out.
• I can’t schedule a meeting room online.
• Why hasn’t my brush pile been picked up?

These are some topics that may challenge residents, and our POA wants to help you! The Help Spot is sponsored by the POA, and the purpose is to help residents get answers to situations from our paid professionals at the POA.

This system works as follows:

• Click the Help Spot link identified by the headphone icon located at the bottom of all POA pages or find access at www.tvpoa.helpspot.com. When you submit a request, please be clear to the points you need addressed. Additionally, your name and contact information will be collected as part of completing the submission.
• If necessary, files with complimenting information can be added.
• Once you have submitted your request, the system will generate a ticket number/access key for you to track the progress of your request.
• When your request has been successfully received, you should receive an email indicating your case is being processed for resolution.
• At the completion of your case, you will also have an opportunity to complete a small satisfaction survey providing feedback about your experience.

The POA is striving to serve the residents and be exemplary for the village. This is a great program to utilize if you need the service.
Here are some additional examples of Help Spot requests:

• There is a dead deer in front of my house. Will someone get it?
• There is a broken link on the POA website. Questions about logging in.
• Billing questions
• ACC/Permit Questions
• A fallen tree is on common property; will the POA remove it?
• Reporting potholes on neighborhood roads
• How do I subscribe to the Tell-e-Gram?
• What time does the Town Hall begin?
• What band is playing at the Yacht Club on Friday night?

Please be advised, Help Spot is NOT for emergency situations. Public Works direct number 865-458-4522 is the first action for emergency sewer alarms or water leaks.

We are a great community, and we are fortunate to have our POA provide clear and easy
service to address challenges that occur to residents.

Thank you for your membership in the HOA.
