HOA State of the Village Meeting

The HOA held its first open village meeting at the Tellico Village Community Church on March 13th, with the theme “The State of the Village.”
Past president Harry Rucker discussed 2024 achievements, while current president Linda Garza shared plans for the upcoming year. The history of the HOA’s origins was also covered, which was very informative! John Orr, the POA Board President highlighted the board’s goals for 2024 and the results. Matt Benoit, the Interim General Manager, provided his insights after 30 days in his role. The session concluded with a Q&A.
